David Partsch | Chief Information Officer & Security Officer
David Partsch joined InXite Health Systems in February 2018 as its Chief Information Officer and Security Officer. David is responsible for all aspects of information technology in his position at InXite. He has over 23 years’ experience in the healthcare information technology industry. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer and Security Officer of the West Virginia Health Information Network (WVHIN.)
Prior to the WVHIN, David was employed by the Geisinger Health System where he directed and implemented enterprise information management and business process automation solutions for the organization. In addition, he worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation where he implemented technology solutions in support of federal law enforcement.
David has a healthcare management MBA from The University of Scranton, an M.S. in Statistics from West Virginia University, and a B.S. in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University. David recently served as a board member of the West Virginia Center for End of Life Care as well as Marshall University’s Masters of Healthcare Informatics and Public Health academic programs. David currently serves on the advisory board for University of South Florida’s Cybersecurity for Executives academic program.
